The Circle of Ancient Sisters, as the founding, governing, and sole lawful owner of the Fringe TV Network, issues this comprehensive public notice to permanently correct the historical record, protect public safety, and prevent ongoing consumer and corporate confusion regarding our organization.
1. ABSOLUTE SEPARATION OF PERSONNEL AND OWNERSHIP
- No Current Affiliation: Harold Sanford Carter III (publicly operating under the alias "Lone Wolf") has zero legal authority, ownership stake, or administrative access to the Fringe TV Network, its streaming servers, its Roku TV application, The Witch's Brew Magazine, or WCAS-db The Cauldron Radio.
- Historical Context: In July 2022, Mr. Carter was briefly engaged in a strictly limited, volunteer technical scheduling capacity. Following internal administrative review, his privileges were permanently revoked, and he was formally dismissed. His dismissal was due to his breach of the terms he agreed to in order for Circle of Ancient Sisters to sign his Interstate Compact from Department of Corrections, Pennsylvania (agreement available on request)
- Current Operations: Fringe TV Network continues to be completely operated, curated, and legally managed by the Circle of Ancient Sisters as a registered non-profit religious media venture.
2. CLARIFICATION REGARDING "WITCHCRAFT TV" AND OTHER LEGITIMATE ENTITIES
Following his dismissal from our network, Mr. Carter established a separate digital streaming platform under the name Witchcraft TV. The public must be fully aware of the legal and structural realities of that operation:
- For-Profit Sole Proprietorship: Despite outward framing to the community presenting his venture as a charitable or non-profit entity, public business registrations show that Witchcraft TV was filed strictly as a commercial sole proprietorship under Harold Sanford Carter III. - Bad Standing Status: Upon its initial registration with the State of Washington, the business entity immediately faced regulatory compliance violations, leaving it flagged in official bad standing with state registries. Failure to procure the necessary license required and no compliance with filing.
- Distinction from WitchcraftTV.org: The Circle of Ancient Sisters explicitly clarifies that Carter’s compromised commercial venture has no affiliation, shared resources, or legal connection with WitchcraftTV.org. The faculty, programming, and courses at WitchcraftTV.org are entirely separate and distinct from Harold Sanford Carter III.
3. FRAUDULENT USE OF PHYSICAL PROPERTY ADDRESS
The public, law enforcement agencies, and state corporate registrars are hereby formally notified of an active fraud and privacy violation:
- No Authorization to Occupy or File: Harold Sanford Carter III has no legal authorization, lease, or right to use our organization's private physical property address for any personal, business, coven, or corporate registration purposes.

- Fraudulent Corporate Filings: Any active business listings, map pins, or state registry documents tying his commercial entities to our physical location are completely fraudulent, invalid, and constitute a direct violation of property rights and corporate identity theft. Formal complaints are actively being processed with the Secretary of State and local law enforcement to expunge this address. Namely using the address to obtain services from Verizon Wireless.
4. PUBLIC SAFETY DISCLOSURE: VERIFIED CRIMINAL HISTORY
To protect independent content creators, community members, and spiritual seekers from deceptive practices, we disclose the following verified public court and Department of Corrections records regarding Harold Sanford Carter III (born March 1981): Carter has no experience as a teacher of the craft and has never been trained in any tradition by any instructor.
